Edmond Kaliszewski, of Mora, passed away on Monday, October 26, 2020 at his home.  He was 91 years old.

PRIVATE GRAVESIDE SERVICE AND INURNMENT will be held at the Oakwood Cemetery in Mora.

Edmond Stanley Kaliszewski of Mora died on Monday October 26, 2020 at his home surrounded by his family. He was 91 years old.

He was born on July 23, 1929 in South Saint Paul, MN to Stanley and Mary (Pietruszewski) Kaliszewski.

He attended and graduated from South Saint Paul High School. He served as a Motor Sergeant in the Korean War.

On May 9, 1953 he was united in marriage to Louise Boomgaarden. Together they raised 3 sons: Mike, Bob and Scott and one daughter, Sharon.

Ed and his wife moved to Mora in 1975 and resided there until his death.

He was proceeded in death by wife, Louise; grandson, Christopher; brothers John, Pete and Thomas; sisters Laura, Regina, Pearl and Mary; and parents Stanley and Mary.

He is survived by his children; Mike (Sheryl), Bob (Deb), Scott (Brenda) and Sharon (Terry); 13 grandchildren; and many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

  4. Sharon, So sorry to hear the sad news. I am glad I got to meet him and know him. He was an amazing man, starting with his great choice to pick you Sharon. Thinking of you during these sad days of your missing your sweet Dad.

  5. My heart is broken, because I did not get my ass up there to see you. Im going to miss the cards you send to me (good thing I saved the ones I got). Look up Farmer for Sharon and I, Im sure he his in heaven too. You are going to be so missed by many. I will see Sharon and Terry more and try to keep then in line, (that will be FULL TIME job) You and Wheezer raised a fine daughter, who I am happy to know and call friend. With all my Granny.
