Harlan Williams, of Mora, passed away on Monday, May 25, 2020 at the Abbott  Northwestern Hospital.  He was 70 years old.

CELEBRATION OF LIFE will be held from 1:00-3:00 pm on Saturday, July 25, 2020 at the Mora Masonic Hall.

Harlan “Butch” Louie Williams was born on July 22, 1949 in Morris, Minnesota to Harlan and Eveline (Paulson) Williams. He passed away on Monday, May 25, 2020 at Abbott Northwestern Hospital. He was 70 years old.

Harlan took great pride in a job well done, working many hours on the farms to provide for his family. He was always ready to lend a hand to neighboring farmers, friends, or family.

Harlan is preceded in death by his parents, step-mother Daisy, son Richard; siblings, Georgeann, Vesta, Mike, and Steven; in-laws, Gerald Zufall, Jerry Humble, Harold Carr, Butch Cooper, Tony Jones, Sandra Schoen, and Ronald Zufall.

Harlan is survived by his wife of 52 years, Kathy (Zufall) Williams; children, Lisa Mattson of Mora, Jon of Mankato, Rebecca (Jeff) of Andover, and Jennifer Bacon (Dusty) of Braham; grandchildren, Cassandra, Lisa, Roger, Sammi Jo, Oscar (Izzy), Kianna (Austin), Grace, Braelyn, Brax; great grandchildren, Avery Rose, Austin, Jason; son in law, Jody Mattson; siblings, Janice (Humble), Diane (Stanley) Nelson, June Carr, Sharon Cooper, Harletta (Arlon) Erickson, Tom, Linda, Vicki, Ellen, Amy, and Bill Brinkman; in-laws, Jean Zufall, Janice (Jade) Tramm, Bev Jones, Elaine Zufall, Rodney (Colleen) Zufall, Marlyn Zufall, Helen Williams, Ray Keller; many other family and friends.

  2. Kathy, I’m so sorry that Harlan passed. He had a great sense of humor and when the two of you would start kidding one another it would always brighten the day. He was uncommonly honest and genuine, and always had a soft spot and offered gentleness when needed. Let yourself cry, it’s okay. Harlan’s spirit is with you now and will always be with you. If you need anything Kathy, Curt and I are here for you.
