  1. My condolences to your family. Denise and I grew up together and for several years, were very close. Some of my most influential memories come from that time and place. I only recently reconnected with Denise after many years passed. I’m glad I had the opportunity to reconnect if only briefly. It serves as a reminder of how delicate life is and helps me to appreciate my need to search out and reconnect with those who helped shape who I am! Thanks for the memories and the important reminder Denise. Until we meet again.

  2. My heart hurts for you, Jenny – and for your entire family. Her genuine smile & warm greetings will be greatly missed. Will be sending love & prayers!

  7. Downtown Deli was a place for me to write, enjoy great food and coffee. But what made it the best was Denise, she knew my name, what I liked, and asked how I was. Her smile, her laugh, her joy, her kindness greeted you. Her eggs Benedict: A plate of sunshine just like her. Thank you Denise and Thank you to her family for sharing her with us. I am so sorry for your loss.
