Alexis Ann Hasser, of Braham, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, March 10, 2018. She was 18 years old.

Alexis was born on December 2, 1999 in Princeton, Minnesota. From the day she was born, Alexis was always a “Daddy’s Girl”. Almost every conversation with her dad ended with a “Love you”, followed by an immediate “Love you too”. They were not only father and daughter but also best friends. Craig was always there for Lex, and they had the best times when they were together. Alexis had one sister, Haylie, whom she loved dearly. Often times when Alexis would tell Haylie she loved her, Haylie would respond quickly with “Love you more”. The bond she shared with Haylie and her nephews was unbreakable. Alexis was an only grandchild, and she was described by her grandma as “her treasure and her joy”. She spent countless hours with her grandparents. Her grandpa will always cherish memories of when Alexis was young and they would ride on the four-wheeler together.

Alexis went to Braham Schools her entire life and was involved in several activities in which she had many friends and made many memories. She participated in girl scouts, volleyball, basketball, softball and student council. Alexis loved spending time with her dad, grandparents, sister, boyfriend and friends. She was always looking to have a good time and enjoy life. She was always laughing or making witty comments to her friends and teachers. Alexis was extremely loved by her classmates, friends and family, and she left a deep, lasting impact on every life she touched. She brought light into every room she entered, and was the kindest, funniest, most genuine person to be around. She lived life to the fullest and was truly happy when she passed.

Alexis is survived by her father Craig Hasser; sister Haylie Rose (Matthew Pater); nephews Trennon and Mason; grandparents Francis and Sandy Hasser; uncles Scott (Adriana) and Tim (Shelly) Hasser; cousin Mariana Aragon; plus many friends and other relatives.
