Dale was born on May 19, 1942 in Beaver Township, Polk County, Wisconsin to parents Neil and Audrey (Maas) Miller. He grew up in St. Paul, graduating from Washington High School in 1960. Dale will be missed by Donivon Boyd @ the VA Medical Center St. Cloud. Dale was a great man, the very first individual to introduce himself to Donivon in January 2016. I also met Dale @ that same time. I will also miss seeing Dale ride around in his wheelchair. Our hearts are heavy. May God Bless is soul. Dianne & family we are sorry for your loss.
