    Joan,
You have helped save lives and property in Kanabec County for so many years. Most people you helped never even met you or knew your name. I count myself richer for having known you. Thanks for your dedication and your friendship. The office will never be the same. You will be greatly missed.

Tim & Teri, our sincere condolences to you and your families. Joan was truly an angel here on earth! A wonderful woman that selflessly comforted many through their pain & suffering, loved so many of us in spite of our mistakes and shortcomings, and forgave still others for the tears & heartbreak they caused her.
