donna photo webDonna Koelsch, of Hopkins, died on Thursday, November 18, 2010 at Golden Living Center in Hopkins. She was 79 years old.

FUNERAL SERVICES will be held on Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at 11 AM in New Hope, at the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church (4240 Gettsburg Ave N) with Pastor Dennis Klatt officiating.

VISITATION will be one hour prior to the funeral service on Tuesday.

INTERMENT will take place at 2 PM on Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.

Donna Koelsch, of Hopkins, Minnesota, passed away on
November 18, 2010 at Golden Living Center in Hopkins after her long battle with cancer. She was 79 years old.
Donna was born on February 25, 1931 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Lyle and Wynonah (Schiefelbein) Erickson. She attended Milwaukee Hospital School of Nursing and graduated in 1952. Donna then married Milton Koelsch on June 28th, 1952. Donna and Milton lived in Minnetonka, Minnesota where they raised their two children. After retiring Donna and Milton moved to St. Louis Park, Minnesota for 20 years. Donna enjoyed volunteering at Minneapolis Institute of Arts for many years after retirement. She also enjoyed attending her opera study group, art, traveling, reading books and watching movies. Donna belonged to Timothy Lutheran Church and Holy Trinity Lutheran Church. Donna was a wonderful wife, sister, mother and grandmother. She will be truly missed by all who know and loved her.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents.
Donna is survived by her husband Milton, children Jim and Nadine Ingebrand, Scott and Cindy Koelsch, five grandchildren, and brother Jim and Sandy Erickson..
Funeral services will be held on November 23, 2010 at 11 AM with visitation one hour prior at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in New Hope. Burial will be at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
