June and Bill owned and operated Matheny’s Ferry Street Market in Anoka for many years.

June is survived by her daughter Merri (Keith) Dordal; grandson, William; brother, Dr. Warren Butts; and dear nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill; parents, Archie and Amy Butts; and brothers, John and Wayne.

My parents owned the Dawson Ferry Street Market and June and Bill were very good friends of our family. June also worked as a secretary for my brother Wayne’s construction business. June and Bill were very special people to our family. My mother lives at Walker Plaza in Anoka and sends her condolences. She does not get out much at all but still gets her hair done by Gene, whom June recommended to her years ago. Our entire family sends prayers and condolences to you at this time.
