Forrest Joseph Hart of Ogilvie, Minnesota passed away on August 26, 2010. He was 23 years old.

Forrest was born on October 30, 1986 to Beth Luann Hart and Robert Cannizarro. He spent his early years in Rockford, Minnesota then moved with his family to the Mora/Ogilvie area when he was two. Forrest was the youngest of three brothers. With his best friend and love of his life, Twlya Black, Forrest had one son, Slade Mariano Hart, age four. Forrest enjoyed sports, games, hunting, and fishing, but he loved spending time with family, friends, and most of all his son. Forrest was misunderstood by many. But to those who knew him, he was kind, helpful, compassionate, loving, thoughtful and humble. He was the “nicest tough guy” we could have known and always willing to provide assistance to anyone.

Forrest is survived by his mother Beth Hart; two brothers, Lucas and Jonathan; son Slade; Grandparents Betty and Jerry Hart; and many other loved ones and friends.

Funeral Services held at Akkerman Ingebrand Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 31, 2010 with Rev. Bob DeYoung officiating.

It’s too bad you were taken so soon from us! But I will never forget our memories growing up. Like in 7th grade you made me wear your football jersey to Homecoming. Or how about the time in 4th grade on Valentines Day you gave me one of your moms rings, but I made you return it. And I always wanted a starter jacket, so you gave me your 49ers jacket (still have it). You will be missed Forrest. RIP!

    Forrest,

Rest in Peace sweetheart! I remember the old school days, and finding out a few years back that my stepdad was related to your family, my sis and I thought that was crazy because we didnt really have any relatives that lived to close! We would run into Jon from time to time and always remind him that we were related through my dad (: And Twyla’s family and mine have been family friends for years. You will be in our hearts and forever missed! RIP

It’s been almost a month already, can’t believe it. Everyday, I think about the moment I found out about the accident. That forrest had passed and Twyla was in the hospital, my heart dropped to my feet. Not another one,I can’t believe it,Aaron was only 4 months before that. Crazy, how things work, sometimes I don’t understand why things like this happen. But they do and we just have to accept it, I guess. Rest in peace Forrest, you know Twyla will take care of Slade, she is a good mom, with your family standing behind her. My thoughts are with you guys. LOVE, Crystal.
