Lynn Beltrand, of Mora, died on Tuesday, July 14, 2009 at Kanabec Hospital. She was 64 years old.

MEMORIAL SERVICES will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, July 18th at Akkerman-Ingebrand Chapel in Mora. VISITATION will be 1 hour prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home.

Lynn (Lennie) Marie Beltrand of Mora, Minnesota passed away July 14, 2009, just 13 days after her 64th birthday.

Lynn was born on July 1, 1945 in Anoka, Minnesota. She is survived by her longtime partner Robert (Bobby) Stenseth and her beloved pets; Becky Big Girl, Stinky Dink and Booty. Lennie loved her animals; from her family of raccoons to her part wolf part juvenile delinquent, to the St. Bernard who kept running away to Lennie and Bob’s, until they finally adopted her; plus many, many more animals who passed before her.

Lennie had many obstacles to conquer in her life, being born with polio, to over 40 surgeries through the years, to the final battle with cancer which in the end took her life. She will be missed by many.

A Memorial Service was held on Saturday, July 18th at Akkerman-Ingebrand Funeral Home in Mora. Speakers were Dr. Terry Johnson, Mary Lindquist and Lois Strelow. Final disposition by cremation.
