When I Come Home To Heaven

When I come home to heaven

    How joyful it will be!
For on that day at last
    My risen Lord I’ll see.

    No greater happiness than
To see Him face to face,
To see the love in his eyes
    And feel His warm embrace.

    I’ve done nothing to deserve
    That perfect home above
    It was given freely through
    The grace of Jesus’ love.

    Then why should earthly cares
    Weigh down upon me so?
    They’ll be a distant memory
When home at last I go.

  2. Scott, Michele & family – I am heartsick to hear of Allen’s death. I remember him and all your kids as just the cutest ever. I know he was a fine young man. I’ve been re-visiting memories of Michele and her brothers and sister staying overnight at our house and playing along with my boys and Scott, with you and your family living down the road from us. My Fiedler kids and Kelling kids had a lot of fun when Sheila & I would go for walks and you kids would ride your bikes. What a joy it was when the two of you were married. You are in my thoughts & prayers. Love always, Carol

It seems like it was yesterday when Allen and I along with the rest of the 7th grade boys stepped onto the football field together. Now we have graduated high school and one of our teamates is gone. Allen was a great guy to be around. I was also a wrestler in the 7th grade. We played football together all the way up to 10 grade.

My prayers are with his family. Allen will always be remembered.

Our Deepest Sympathy goes out to each and everyone of you plus all other family members.

It seems like only yesterday that Allen and Blake were in wrestling together, two little tykes hard at it and Allen taught Blake alot about that sport. Allen always wanted to wrestle Blake because he was new to the sport until Blake grew to be 6ft tall and weighing in at 190lbs then Allen did not want to wrestle him anymore, LOL ..
It is so hard to imagine what you all are going through. We are so going to miss him and his smiles.

  19. There is a memory book set up and sponsored for 1 year for friends and family to write something to Allen or to just reminise about times and memories. Please share your special stories and memories with the family.

My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time.

  20. We love Allen very much and will keep him in our hearts forever. He was always happy with a smile on his face and that will always be how we’ll remember him. It seems like yesterday Brad, Bobbie, Adam, Allyssa, Nick and Allen were up getting confirmed all cousins together. It is a comfort in our hearts to know he believed and loved Jesus and God. We pray for our whole family. We will never forget. There will be a day with no more tears, no more pain, and no more fears, no more burdens to bear,we’ll see Jesus face to face, but until that day we’ll hold onto you always.

  21. I was shocked when I found out.

  23. Scott & Michelle and Family,
It has been many years since I have seen the Kelling’s. But when I picked up the paper and read the news. I couldn’t believe what I was reading.
I can’t even begin to imagine the pain you and your family are experiencing right now.
Just know My thoughts and prayers are with your family and may Allen Rest In Peace knowing he was LOVED so much by so MANY, and how he touched all their lives.
    Yours Respectfully,

  25. Scott, Michele, Adam, James and Katie,
We will forever treasure our memories of being part of Braham wrestling with Allen and his family. We so enjoyed watching Allen wrestle over the years. He was a hard worker, a great competitor and a good sport! He was a great team-mate for Mitch from the time they were little kids in the Warriors program to their senior year together. We always got a laugh at tournaments when we saw little Allen carry in the biggest coooler. He had a big appetite, but he always shared with kids who didn’t bring food along. That was Allen . . . always kind-hearted and polite. He also had the biggest fan club with you guys, uncles, grandparents, little cousins and friends cheering him on. What a great and special family Allen was blessed with! Our deepest sympathy goes out to all of you.
    Patrick, Terri and Mitch Gerold

  26. You may or may not remember us, however, we clearly remember Allen. We were the previous Owners of Black Dog Archery in Braham and Allen visited frequently after school. It was always a pleasure to see him walk through the door. He was one of those honest and caring teens that was always welcome and you ejoyed having around. He will be missed by many and all his friends at Black Dog Archery.

Our thoughts and prayers will be with your family in the days to come.

  27. To the family of Allen
I am very sorry about the great tragedy of losing your loved one. May you have precious memories and the joy of the Lord at this time.
    In Christ

  28. Scott, Michele and family,
I’m so sorry about your loss. Michele, I read about Allen and couldn’t believe my eyes to see that it was your son. I can’t imagine what you are going through. You are in my prayers.
    Cathy (classmate of Michele-Isle)

  29. My deepest sympathy goes out to you in your time of great loss. Even though I did not know Allen personally, I know how hard it is to lose a loved one. May the promise Jesus makes at John 5:28,29 bring you a measure of hope and comfort. He says” Do not be surprised at this: the time is coming when all the dead will hear his voice and come out of their graves.” Jesus promises to bring back your dear one to perfect life where there will be no more death or pain. (Revelation 21:3-5) You are in my prayers.
