Adeline Anderson, of Northeast Minneapolis, passed away on Saturday, September 20, 2008 at the Bethany Covenant home in Minneapolis. She was 90 years old.
A GRAVESIDE SERVICE and INTERMENT will be at 11:00 am on Wednesday, September 24, 2008 at the Grass Lake Mission Cemetery with Dean Goetze presiding.
Adeline Estrid Anderson, of Northeast Minneapolis, died on Saturday, September 20, 2008 at the Bethany Covenant Village in Minneapolis. She was 90 years old.
Adeline Seaborg was born on April 25, 1918 to parents Erick and Emma (Buckman) Seaborg in Grass Lake Township, Grasston, Minnesota. She attended Edison country school in Grass Lake and High School in Grasston, MN. She took training to become a Parish worker at the Minnehaha Academy in Minneapolis. After graduation she moved to Duluth where she was a parish worker at the First Covenant Church of Duluth for many years. She also finished her college years at the University of Minnesota- Duluth. After college she taught school in St. Petersburg, Florida until she retired. She moved back to Minnesota and has lived at the Bethany Covenant home until her passing.
Adeline is preceded in death by her parents, husbands Oscar Handson, and Willard Anderson, brother Vernon Seaborg, and several other relatives and friends.
She is survived by her sisters Deloris (Dean) Goetze of Cambridge, Doris Nelson of Minneapolis, and Virginia Moberg of Whiting, Iowa; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
