    Dear Frank’s Family,

I have many fond memories of Frank and Mary visiting the Payne Family in Wisconsin. He brought laughter, and candy to each visit.

    My sincerest sympathy,

    Barbara Payne

He was known as “Ticker” to us at The Swap Shop. It was always so nice to see him come in. My deepest sympathy to his family. We had a lot of great talks on farm equipment, his toy tractor collectibles, and some very helpful advice.

    I’ll miss that.

    Sincerely,

John & Debi Johnson and Family
