Judith Lynn Anderson, loving known as Judy, of Sparta, Wisconsin, passed away on June 26, 2008 at the age of 45 years.
Judy was born March 15, 1963 to parents Robert and Barbara Neubauer in Coon Rapids, Minnesota. She graduated in 1981 from Coon Rapids Senior High School. Judy moved to California in the mid 80’s with her then husband Gug Anderson where she drove school bus for many years. After their breakup, she eventually settled in Norwalk, Wisconsin near her special friend Joe Brown. When her cancer became worse and she could not live on her own, she moved to Sparta, Wisconsin where she lived at the Marrow Memorial home for a year. Moving gave her heart a turn as she had to leave her cats. Judy loved cats and was a good mother to them. Any cat that showed up at her door would be welcomed into her heart. She nursed many back to health and found even more good loving homes for many others.
Judy is preceded in death by her parents, her brother Richard Neubauer, and sister Sandra Lowry Klug.
She will be gravely missed by her foster family Steve, Dottie, and Jason Lowry of Braham, aunt Nadine Guile of Minneapolis, brothers Steven Neubauer of Minneapolis, Bruce Neubauer of Minneapolis, Greg Neubauer of Minneapolis, Loren Neubauer, and Michael Neubauer; sisters Annie Jorgenson (Mark Olson) of Apple Valley, Reta Campbell of Lexington, and Patty Neubauer of Lexington; her every special friend Maggie Rhodes, who kept her company throughout her illness and was always a good friend to her; and Joe Brown whom she loved; Judy is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
