Jeanette Harron died at her home on Wednesday, June 27th. She was 75 years old.
FUNERAL SERVICES Monday, July 2nd at 11:00 a.m. at Akkerman-Ingebrand Chapel in Mora. Visitation will be 2 hours prior to the service on Monday morning.
Jeannette Mae Harron was born May 5, 1932 in Red Lake Falls Hospital in Red Lake Falls, Minnesota to Charlie and Ruth (DeBord) Walker. She was born the second in a family of ten children. She met and married Joseph Morris Harron at the age of eighteen. They married in the small town of Thief River Falls, Minnesota on June 27, 1950. To this union six children were born. She was a proud grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother. During their marriage Jeannette and Morris lived in Washington, Colorado, and all over Minnesota. Jeannette was a loving mother and housewife during her life. She loved gardening, raising her children, and seeing her grand and great grandchildren. She loved baking and canning. She was also an avid garage saler, she loved going to them and having them. Her favorite flowers were roses, and she lided feeding the birds and especially watching the hummingbirds fluttering around. She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Jeanette was preceded in death by her parents Charlie and Ruth; husband Morris; brother Leroy; sister Violet; son Wayne; grandchildren Joe, Greg, and Sherry; and some nieces and nephews.
She is survived by children Jean, Delbert, Joyce, Allen and Donny; brother Albert (Al); sisters Alice, Bernice (Kitty), Dolly Dorothy, Eraine and Lois (Loey); ten grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild; special friend Dennis Sutton; nieces, nephews and other friends.
