Wow. Can't believe johns gone. He was my absolute favorite bus driver. One memory I have is around christmas time, he always had about 6 24 packs of pop that he would give out to all of the students and our friends, and my youngest sister and I were always his last stop for the afterboon. He would ask us if we wanted to take home most of the pop leftover. He was always smiling and a great guy. Another memory I have of him was whenever a student would stand up, he'd either keep steppin on the brakes til they sat back down, or stopped the bus completely. My family was really good friends with him and his family. I know I'll miss him terribly.

Lyman, was my "uncle by marriage" to my Mother's sister, Sylvia. I enjoyed the many holidays we all got together with family, and Lyman was always there with a joke or two for us, and always smiling and happy. His accordian playing was especially awesome, and my own brother, Leighton, has taken up accordian-fun-times also. Lyman will be missed!

My condolences to the family. Lyman was my bus driver growing up and a very special one. He always had a smile on his face. He always enjoyed the special treats given to him during the holidays like Valentine's Day. My favorite memory is getting to sit on top of the engine of his flat nosed bus. He was special and also because he loved Jesus.
